Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CAD (“Creator Analytics Dashboard”, the “Service”), available at https://getcad.app. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

CAD is an invite-only platform that helps creator teams track the performance of their social media accounts, manage video content, and deliver that content through private feeds. The Service is provided to a small number of invited workspaces and is not a general consumer product.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by invitation. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and within workspaces you administer, including access you grant to team members.

Acceptable use

• You may only track social media accounts that you own, manage, or are authorised to monitor.
• You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of the third-party platforms it interacts with (including Instagram, TikTok, and Google).
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload or connect to the Service (including files in connected Google Drive folders). You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and deliver that content as directed by you — that is what the Service does. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you manage through the Service.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Drive, social media data providers, and optional integrations enabled per workspace. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CAD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any social media platform. Analytics figures are derived from publicly available data and are provided for informational purposes without a guarantee of accuracy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
